The process outlined here is for a web project, but graphic and video projects generally follow the same process with a few exceptions. When you decide to work with RB Media Solutions, a contract will be drafted detailing the services and the process in which it will follow. Upon receiving clients initial deposit for project, the planning phase will begin.
Strategy
Here we identify goals and objectives, define customers (viewers) and their needs, and research market.
Analysis
Here we review with the client any implications and opportunities. Set specific requirements design, technology, enterprise, legal, and branding.
Purpose of Planning Phase: To discover what is the business model, the scope of the project, and its place within the enterprise strategy.

Design Phase
After our client signs off on the planning phase, we begin the design phase.
Information
Define the product, partners, content, and how that content is used to fulfill customer (viewer) goals.
Interaction
Define the navigation, types of interaction and transactions for the customer (viewer).
Presentation
Define the style and organization of visual elements like buttons and forms. We provide you, our client with simple prototypes, then we refine from your feedback.
Purpose of the Design Phase: Here we assess technology and content. Determine what we have and what we need to buy, build, or partner to get. We also balance between what's eye-catching but not slow and what's useful but not complex.

Implementation Phase
Once again after sign off, here the site is built and modified based on testing and feedback.
Build
We design templates and test on browsers for compatibility. Also if applicable, we tie back-end systems, such as databases, to interfaces.
Test
Here we perform usability tests, beta tests (large e-commerce), and implement quality assurance.
Maintain
If you desire, we also maintain your site by collecting feedback, analyze server logs and visitor behavior. Then make revisions to ensure you get the most from your site.
Purpose of Implementation Phase: To Analysis the results of the tests, build site, then determine if performance or usability can be improved.
